Scholarship Opportunities for CCISD High School Students

CITGO First in Family Scholarship

The Corpus Christi Education Foundation is accepting applications for the 2026 CITGO First in Family Scholarship. These awards are for graduating seniors who are the very first in their immediate families to earn a high school diploma. Applicants must be graduating from a CCISD high school in May or June 2026, and be enrolling in an accredited American college, university or trade school in Fall 2026. Please download the application of your choice below.

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Flint Hills Resources Outstanding Scholar Program

The Corpus Christi Education Foundation will soon be accepting applications for the 2025 Flint Hills Resources Outstanding Scholar Program. Applicants must be planning to pursue future careers in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM), and must be graduating from a CCISD high school in May or June 2025 prior to enrolling in an accredited American college, university or trade school in Fall 2025.

Please see your high school counselor for the application.

Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Scholarships for W.B. Ray High School Graduates

Bill & Mary Hamrick Scholarship

The Corpus Christi Education Foundation is accepting applications for the 2026 Bill & Mark Hamrick scholarship, awarded to a Ray High School graduating senior in May or June 2026 who has demonstrated academic achievement and excellence in athletics. Applicants must be enrolling in an accredited American college, university or trade school in Fall 2026. Please download an application below.

Scholarships for Collegiate High School Graduates

Krystal Watson H-E-B Excellence in Education Award Scholarship

The Corpus Christi Education Foundation is accepting applications for the 2026 Krystal Watson Scholarship, awarded to a graduating senior from CCISD Collegiate High School in 2026 and be enrolling in an accredited American college, university or trade school in Fall 2026. Please download an application below.

Alejandro Abecia Reaching High Scholarship

The Corpus Christi Education Foundation is accepting applications for the 2026 Alejandro Abecia “Reaching High” Scholarship, awarded to Carroll High School graduating seniors currently active in soccer and/or band. Applicants must be enrolling in an accredited American college, university or trade school in Fall 2026. Please download an application below.

Scholarship for Carroll High School Graduates – Currently active in Soccer and/or Band Only

Arturo and Marie Vasquez Scholarship

The Corpus Christi Education Foundation is accepting applications for the 2026 Arturo and Marie Vasquez Scholarship. Applicants must be CCISD graduating seniors with a minimum GPA OF 2.5, and meet eligibility requirements verified by the CCISD Homeless Education Department. Applicants must be enrolling in an accredited American college, university or trade school in Fall 2026. Please download an application below.

Scholarships for CCISD Graduates – Must meet eligibility requirements verified by the CCISD Homeless Education Department.

W.B. Ray High School Class of 1973 Scholarship

The Corpus Christi Education Foundation is accepting applications for the 2026 W.B. Ray High School Class of 1973  Scholarship, awarded to a graduating senior from W.B. Ray High School in 2026 and be enrolling in an accredited American college, university or trade school in Fall 2026. Please download an application below.
